Day 4. 23 Weeks, 1 Day. (Sunday)

Breakfast

  • Cup of plain yogurt with fresh strawberries, granola (bear naked) and half a banana.

Lunch

  • Lunch at Roebling.
  • Fritatta with mushrooms, onions, cheese, and asparagus.
  • cup of potato salad.

Snack 1

  • Trail mix. (No sugar)
  • cup of lite cheese curls.(140 calories per cup).

Snack 2

  • Bean Burrito
  • Cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

Dinner

  • Homemade pizza
  • Whole wheat crust (not 100%. half and half).
  • cheese and pasta sauce.
