Yeah, see, I was thinking about this because I was listening to REM’s Reveal and I seem to remember a time Courtney showed up shitfaced at some award show (may have even been the Oscars) and she starts slurring the words to the REM song that lost basically bashing the person who did win that year. And I imagine Michael and Co. going, “Lalallalal lallalalal lalallal. We don’t know her. Lalallalal We’re not with her.”
In my head it sounds just so.
And then I thought, oh my god, what if some of my friends think that about me? hmmmmmmMmmmmm
