Day 5. 23 Weeks, 2 Days. (Monday)

Breakfast

  • Cup of yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, granola (bear naked)
  • decaf coffee with whole milk from Uro.

Snack

  • Trail mix. no sugar.

Lunch

  • Water with ground flax seeds.
  • Turkey deli slices. Cheddar cheese, mustard on whole wheat bread.

Snack

  • Banana muffin. Whole wheat. No sugar. homemade.

Dinner

  • Two fake hot dogs with cheese and veggie chili.
  • Salad with low fat Italian and mushrooms and cheddar cheese
