Day 1. 22 weeks, 5 days. (Thursday)

Breakfast

  • Bowl of cereal with half a banana.
  • Water with ground flax seeds.

Lunch

  • Stopped at the Whole Foods fixings’ bar.
  • 2 pieces of chicken strips.
  • Roasted bell mushrooms
  • 5 cubes of Grilled tofu
  • Hummus.
  • 1 Small ball of falafel.
  • 2 vegan dumplings.

Snack

  • Giant cupcake from Dean and Deluca

Dinner

  • Three vegetarian tacos. (Fake meat, tobyjoe made. Cheese. Sour cream. Salsa and some lettuce.)
