We went to the Union Square Farmer’s Market on Saturday and took some picutures. Here is Toby Joe with a fake smile.

This little girl was left outside by herself and two people passing by totally freaked out about it. Someone asked me if it was my baby. I was like, “No, I just take pictures of babies left behind to fend for themselves on the streets of NYC.”. Someone finally found her mother SHOPPING inside a store.

  1. I always do that. I know it’s 1000. I think “Thousand” and then I write hundred. Either way, it’s fixed and besides the internet doesn’t like me today anyway.

  3. She was sitting there all alone on the corner just like that. I stopped realizing how odd it was and took a picture. As I was doing so, another woman walked up to me and asked if she was my baby. I said no. Another woman walked up and said, “whose baby is this?” we all said it wasn’t our baby. She then freaked out and started yelling, “I DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS SHIT THIS MORNING. WHO LEAVES THEIR BABY ON A STREET CORNER?!!!” I don’t leave but am becoming more and more nervous. She yells into the store and asks a manager if it was her baby. She says no. The three of us are still standing there and the baby is just like, “hello, new york.” Eventually, someone in the store gets the mother who had her other child by the hand. She comes out and claims the baby and the woman who was screaming was like, “WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU WOMAN! WHY YOU LEAVE A BABY OUTSIDE LIKE THIS?” I walked away. It looked like it could get ugly.

  4. you should have stolen that baby. She’s cute and it would have resolved all of your baby health issues. Just grab and go.

  5. You know, come to think of it, I did go as Hi from Raising Arizona about 3 years in a row for Halloween. I play the part well.

  6. Wow, that baby story trumps any bad parenting I’ve seen at Wal-Mart!
