NY Cable?

Toby and I have used Comcast for the past two years. It’s great, you can get digital cable and internet access for the low, low price of 120 bucks a month. (Yes, I realize that’s kinda pricey, but oh well.) However, here in Brooklyn, Comcast is not an option. Which is too bad, because I really like them. Anyway, what do folks use here? I’d like to have them both delivered by the same company. Someone suggested Time Warner. Is that the norm?

  3. We use Time Warner for Cable and internet access (we’re in Manhattan. No idea what we pay. We don’t have any of the pay channels, instead we do Netflicks, which I HIGHLY reccomend.

  4. I think I’m ready to join Netflix again. I am not sure tho. They may have blacklisted us for having the movie Jackass out for nearly a year and never watching it.

  5. But that’s the point of Netflix, right? We’ve had Prizzi’s Honor for weeks and haven’t looked at it. And I won’t even tell you how long we had Finding Nemo. I told my 6 yo daughter that I thought that maybe she should ask Santa Clause to bring Finding Nemo, and she said “But Mom, we can just get it back from Netflix!” (The “Duh” was definitly implied!) I’ve created a monster!
So how does it feel to be back in the Big City?
