- Cup of yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, granola (bear naked)
- decaf coffee with whole milk from Uro.
Snack
- Trail mix. no sugar.
Lunch
- Water with ground flax seeds.
- Turkey deli slices. Cheddar cheese, mustard on whole wheat bread.
Snack
- Banana muffin. Whole wheat. No sugar. homemade.
Dinner
