Why is it that staying in a Hotel is so intriguing? Hotels are like Halloween.

  1. Halloween is covered in the body fluids of strangers and carries Legionnaire’s Disease?

  8. I’m sorry. I enjoy a nice hotel as much as the next, but you know the bedspreads are washed once a week.

Anyhoo, mihow, maybe you’ll get the Warhol Fantasy Suite or the Sid & Nancy Honeymoon Suite. I know, I crack myself up.

  9. I don’t know about people who live on their own, but since I live with so many people in this house, the thought of staying in a hotel fills me with the promise of delicious privacy, as cheesy as that sounds. It’s exciting for me. Not that I’ve done it in ages, but Remy and I were thinking that if we can rub two nickles together, we should plan a weekend out to a hotel together to really be alone.

We do have privacy in the basement apartment for the most part, but considering we’ve got the Monkey, and that the laundry room and deep freezer are down here, anyone could come down at any time…there is no guarantee.

  10. What a web site! ugh.

I’m sort of looking forward to getting my Janis Joplin on.

Nico, on our way back to DC we’re bringing the beadspread to your house as a gift.
