Murray loves corn (video). And I know it’s bad for him so we don’t let him have it anymore. But he tries. Oh boy does he ever try. Yesterday we were all sitting around eating some corn on the cob when I was accosted. Can you make out the blurry paw? Yeah, that’s him smacking my corn. Freak.
Toby tried getting a shot of us (briefly!) sharing it—you know, Lady and the Tramp style—but it’s way, way too blurry. So, this is all I got.
P.S. I am ready to come back, people! More this week for sure. I hope there are still people out there. :]

Our gato, Waffles, LOVES corn, too. One time we let her nom a cold cob from the previous night’s KFC dinner. The cold hurt her wee little teeth and she meowed piteously, but then continued trying to gnaw. Curiously, she also loves popcorn…

Our cat is yet to discover corn – it appears to be one of the few things we can eat without him getting all excited.
