I have the most excellent news, I’m going to The Institute of Culinary Education to become a pastry chef! I start in July. I’m completely and totally excited about this. This has been a dream of mine for as far back as I can remember. And it just so happens we’re financially stable enough right now that I can do it. Plus, they offer classes that work with my busy mom schedule.
So: Yay!
And here begins chapter 327 of this here blog. Stories to come, for sure!
Congratulations! This is awesome and wonderful – I remember you mentioning this dream a while ago, it it is so great that you and your family are now in a position to go for that dream. Excellent news, Michele, excellent. I look forward to lots of culinary stories…
